“Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. “Lovely well maintained Victorian home on a corner lot. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and landscaping were nice. Two block walk to watch trains. Large dining and livingroom. The only issue that became a large issue is that there are only two mini splits for air conditioning. The dining/livingroom and one bedroom upstairs had air conditioning. The remaining bedrooms, while beautiful, were stifling hot. The kitchen was small but well appointed and I was able to bake a wedding cake easily but the……

“This house was perfect for our needs uniting 4 families with kids ranging from 8 to 15 in one house! We all loved the pool, movie theater, game room, huge yard, basketball court and more. There were a few issues with the house, but the owner was very responsive and fixed them right away. We would definitely stay here again! ”

We ended up getting into a motorcycle accident on our way out east and we needed somewhere to rest for a few days. We couldnt of found a better place to do so.
