“Very large house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with laundry facilities. Off street parking. Very enjoyable back deck. Convenient location to university of Albany. Older home so difficult to call pristine. But for the low price point very worthwhile and a pleasant place to stay. ”

“Beautifully appointed property with lovely views. Wonderful kitchen with anything one could need or want, including a thoughtful array of small appliances, cookware, and dishes. Comfortable great room, porches and deck were ready for relaxing inside or out. Linens and towels were all of excellent quality. Beds were comfy and furniture was sturdy and well cared for. Communication with owners clear and prompt. Truly rural location may not be for everyone, but we couldn’t imagine a more restful……

“For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality”

“Lovely place with a great host. Good for people who want to be in a private place. ”

“Rooms very small , beds so uncomfortable that no one slept well , kitchen very outdated in need of repairs and facelift . Carpets filthy, old , smelly , not even vacuumed . Definitely never vacuumed behind and under the beds. Window blinds falling off after just touching them . Wall papers peeling of the walls . Menager was nice and did his part delivering missing pillow cases . If you don’t mind poor conditions you get what you pay for but I’ll never set my foot again on those carpets.……

“Deanna keeps a well appointed, well equipped home. It was exactly as advertised. I enjoyed my stay there and I highly recommend the property. It is close to everything and great access to the highways. Cozy describes it perfectly.”

“We came here for a weekend horse show, and this place was like a home away from home. After being at the show grounds 12 hours, it was like home sweet home. ”

“The biggest disappointment was that the property did not match the listing. We expected two full bathrooms, but there was only one bathtub, and then one half-bath. The rooms pictured on the listing showed two king rooms, and one double bed room, however the third room was actually bunk beds not a double. The third room was also semi-detached, and was off the back, through the garage (this was also not in the listing.) The bedroom off the garage was not very well heated, when we let the host……

“This is a beautiful home and property within walking distance of Cobbleskill. Lovely bakery and deli just around the corner. We visit our elderly Aunt in Cobbleskill every 2 years and would definitely book this again”

“We loved our stay during our family ski trip at Windham. The house was clean, spacious and had lots of fun games. The host was very responsive, empathetic and gracious when our car froze and the battery expanded and we were stranded on our check out day. Will definitely visit again.”
