“We stayed here on our travels through the area to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame and Howe Caverns. House was clean, very spacious and was conveniently located for our trip. Also pet friendly, which was a must for us. We had a great stay. ”

The only disappointment was the inability to use the outdoor firepit, as it was overgrown with grass and there was water in the bottom. “Great quiet location for the family to get together. Plenty of space for everyone. We were able to get my son inside with his power wheelchair using a portable ramp to the porch and another up the door lip. Plenty of space to drive chair indoors. Need to be careful with the steps on the back deck, but half of the deck is accessible from the great room. Host was very attentive and look forward to staying again. “While in town attending Suny Cobleskill graduation, we were looking for a property nearby. This farmhouse fit the bill. It was neaty decorated and the host was very gracious in leaving some treats for us at check in. There were plenty of beds to sleep my whole family.”

“We rented this house over Thanksgiving 2022 for a large group (8 adults & 4 teenagers). We also cooked TG dinner at the house. The hosts are exceptionally nice and accommodating.
