“For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality”

“We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week.”

“My group was blown away by this home! The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and servingware, and there were easily enough beds and space for our group of 17. The property is sprawling and beautiful, just as pictured or better. Communication with the host was the best I've ever experienced - he was so accommodating, helpful, and proactive (we never met in person). Hope to return someday!”

“The views and accommodations will have you coming back time and time again. It was so easy to check and speak to the host if we need to. You have everything you need here. The house was clean and secure. The hot water and water pressure were perfect for relaxing showers and the hot tub was also a great way to enjoy the incredible views. I can't wait to go back. It’s close to the “bookstore village” of Hobart and one of our favorite places to eat - The Brushland Eating House. The house was very cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!”

The house had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, large bathrooms. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away. ”

“This property is precious, comfy, welcoming, convenient, remote, safe, and the perfect quiet “get away from the world” vibe. Every detail makes this home special with antiques and casual yet classy style. The grounds are gorgeous. You feel relaxation setting in as soon as you drive up the gravel hill driveway and approach the welcoming entrance. I want to stay here every time we visit our daughter at SUNY Covleskill! ”

“Beautiful, large, old home, filled with hundreds of antiques, and a story for every one of them, I'm sure. You'd run out of time before you saw all of them. Really comfy beds, lots of bedrooms (some had private sitting rooms) and bathrooms. Nearly private driveway that winds through beautiful mountain scenery. We were there in winter and still saw tons of wild life..the birds! so many. Huge, old kitchen with some comfy chairs an eat in table and breathtaking views. A private bedroom wing, BUT……

“Property was beautiful with pond and wildlife. We attended a wedding at Seven Ponds Farm and this property was 6 minutes from the venue. Perfect fit for us. ”

“This was the perfect place to spend downtime in between our son’s games at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Very safe, very clean, and Glenn the owner was super responsive! Would stay again! ”

We had all kinds of weather while we were there and were able to enjoy the beautiful grounds, the hot tub, the sunny front porch and the cozy living room.
