“The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. Staff - super friendly and extremely helpful at all times. I can't rate them high enough! Accommodation was adequate. Very dark room - needs some more lighting. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom - needs a re-vamp.
Load -shedding was well managed.

“The stay was ok as the location was convenient for the function I was attending. I had to pay extra for breakfast which I dont recall from the booking.
The carpets were were shabby as was the 2 seater couch. The bed linen was clean! I was given a family unit. The space was awkward to move around due to the sleeper couch and 2 seater couch.”

“On this website this hotel is a PET FRIENDLY property. We booked a Pet Friendly room but upon arrival were told the room we booked was not pet friendly. They wanted us to move to a much smaller room which we refused to do. They then told us that we would not be allowed in the dining or bar area with our puppy and if we wanted to order anything we would have to stay in our room and order room service. To get to this property you have to drive through an unsavoury area, we could not risk driving……
“We were breaking our journey, so only there overnight, but it was a great stay. Wonderful having the animals strolling outside. Ideally a longer stay would be better to experience more that's on offer. Facilities were good. Direction signage could be better placed. ”
“Great location very comfortable and good food in restaurant only complaint was reception not very knowledgeable but they did try to help with questions but always had to get their supervisor. Also were unable to provide me with a plaster. Waited 40 mins for iron. ”
“They are doing renovations at the property, and that took away from the stay. Also, they are new at this and there is room for improvement.
I am sure when renovations are done, and they are more accustomed to running it. Things will be much better.”
“The Hotel has so much potential but there is a clear lack of care. During breakfast the linen was dirty. The breakfast was poor considering it cost R200 per person.
The hotel is not cheap, but leaves a lot to be desired.”
