“Beautiful, quiet and welcoming! We've never stayed at a place where there were so many little thoughtful amenities!! Feminine products, hair ties, k-cups, a treat basket, a S'mores kit, so many games - the list goes on! We've been doing girls' trips for years and this has been our favorite because of the thoughtfulness! Plus, the water, the view and the location are an A!! Thank you for sharing your home!!”

“We have been renting a home for our extended family ranging in age from 10 to 80 each summer since 2018. This was one of our favorites. The kids had a great time swimming & fishing off the dock. We were fortunate to have a boat with us that provided tubing, knee boarding, fishing, & sunset cruises. “We enjoyed it very much. It was a great fit for our extended family. 6 adults 3 kids, 10, 7, and 5. Kids enjoyed the small town, the beach and playground with extremely walking distance to the home. We hit it just right for the Loon Festival with a great parade and fireworks. The kids also enjoyed jumping off the small dock, while the adult loved the outdoor area in the evenings!”

“Amazing property at a pristine location overlooking the lake. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, especially helping us out when there was an unexpected snow storm that led to power outage. Brought us over buckets and flashlights and offered us to move to another property. We loved this property so much that we decided to stay on. Cannot recommend this property and Kim and Renee enough. "The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient."
