“Great hotel and friendly staff. Outside the building looks like you are in the wrong place but inside it gets better. We had a ride booked from airport to the hotel via hotels.com chat. Fast response time from hotel and they had a child seat in the car for us. Hotel is in the 3rd floor without and elevator and the staff helped with our luckages Breakfast was the best I have had and you can eat it in your room without extra charge. 5min walking distance from old town and beach. La llegada tiene una pequeña pendiente pero nada grave. Lo único malo fue que nos trataron de robar el celular cerca del apartamento, los ladrones se desplazaban en moto.”

“房間超級小，可能只是一號房是這樣，但真的住得很不方便也不舒適。訂的是有一張雙人床的房，如果兩個人住帶著兩個行李箱，沒有足夠的位置讓你打開行李，行李箱打開後連行走的空間都沒有。浴室也很窄，浴室門很難鎖上，洗澡時水會越來越冷。地理位置很好，離巴士站和海邊很近，但酒店門前有一條很窄的樓梯，抬著行李箱上落會非常累。早餐一般。最好的是前台人員的服務，有禮貌並樂意幫忙。”

“We loved the area, the room was very specious and clean, the staff was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable. It was very close to the bus station, the docks, restaurants and shopping and they have a great view top terrace. Even though is right in the middle of everything, the windows kept the noise down and we had a peaceful stay. ”

“Luxe hotel is a well located boutique hotel. Overall experience is good. The only downside is fruit served at breakfast was not fresh.”
