“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. I was there for breakfast for three days and I could feel her passion for providing the best service to the guests. Moreover, I would like to thanks front desk……

“本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。 早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。 服務待加強。”

“the camp is located at a private beach with great atmosphere. it is equipped with cookimg wares. the phone service of hotels.com is dredful....the indian operator was useless and he gave me a stupid phone number of some travel agemcy to check my booking when i have booked on hotels.com this makes me think twice before i book with this app again hotel is fine but needs better maintenance the toilet had a broken wall shelf and a borken hair drier which turns itself on occasionally.”

“We stay in hotel for 4 days, bedroom is very clean and comfortable, nice view and nice place, breakfast is very good, have private drive pick up is very amazing, uninterrupted connection wifi even I am on the beach, the restaurant food very delicious, swimming pool and spa quite good, everything is very nice”

“Lovely hotel, had a really nice time. When I arrived I was given a twin room when I’d booked a double as the staff assumed I’d want to be next door to my family. I explained to them I would’ve appreciated them asking me before changing my room type because I didn’t want a twin room for a single person. Beautiful room regardless and enjoyed our time there.”

“Sehr schönes Hotel mit sauberen seht gut eingerichteten Zimmern. Das Hotel liegt an einer Landzunge am Rande von Dubrovnik in der Natur. Pool und Wellness Bereich des Nachbarhotels können mitbenutzt werden. Mit dem Bus der alle 15 Minuten fährt kommt man sehr einfach in die Altstadt und zu anderen Plätzen von Dubrovnik. Service und Information im Hotel ist top. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Leider war es im Essenbereich immer etwas turbulent durch das gleichzeitig stattfindende……

“We have booked the regular twin rooms with partial sea view but the hotel can only offered us rooms facing the road. Even we already mentioned that our requirement while checkin , but turn out they have not set the twin beds while check in and we have to wait. For the facilities, they do not provide iron and which need extra cost for the ironing service which we found unacceptable.”

“Need to take 15mins bus to old town (15kn) per person one way. Frequent bus #6 service The beach nearby is clean and clear. Buffet variety is good but the dining room is filled of oily smell.”

“我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。”

“第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。”
