“In an attempt to beat all the tourists to Plitvice Lakes, we decided to drive up the night before and stay at the Plitvica Lodge so we would be one of the first to the park when the park opened at 7am. Hotels.com has the hotel listed at the incorrect address (Plitvice Selo 71/3 did not route correctly) so we got lost at 10pm - basically in the middle of nowhere - and thankfully had an international phone plan to call for directions, but roads are not well marked.
