“Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist modern, aber die Gebäude sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen war leider sehr auf das überwiegend englische Publikum ausgerichtet. Gerne hätte ich die kroatische Küche probiert. Der Speisebereich ist aufgrund der Lautstärke leider ungemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.und schnell. ”

“The hotel is part of Importanne Resort, easily accessed by Bus Line 6 (final stop). Stayed a balcony room with panoramic sea view on Floor 5, which affords a very good view of the sea without being blinded by the sun. Tour groups also use this hotel and these passengers would take their breakfast very early in the morning. Their movement and noise may be the only negative point I can think of. Otherwise I find the hotel a pleasant place to stay with peaceful surroundings and frequent bus……

“We stayed for one night at Hotel Croatia after traveling around Croatia because it was close to the airport in Dubrovnik. We enjoyed sitting at the pool for an afternoon and especially enjoyed walking down the hill into Cavtat to walk around and have dinner. The room was quite worn- stained carpet, bathroom hooks falling off, etc.). We were given a "sea-view" room but on the lowest floor with a rock garden outside the terrace.
