“This is our 13th year with hotels.com and Dube is the best service provider we have EVER had!!! She responded instantly to our what’s app and we had a dire medical emergency request. Dube immediately helped us. Lydia in housekeeping and Dube’s son Tony were also outstanding. Tony took us to Bosnia, Montenegro & to the top of Dubrovnik. Tony is an awesome driver. “This is absolutely a hidden gem in Dubrovnik. Tucked just a few steps away from all the attractions in the Old City, it felt like an oasis of calm and luxury. The Byron is immaculately maintained and sparkling clean. Everything about is spoke of care and great attention to detail. The owner made our arrival extremely smooth and gave us excellent recommendations on restaurants and a museum we weren’t even aware of that we loved. “If I could give the Leonardo Baroque house 10 stars, I would! This was the perfect place to stay in the old town. If you can book this place, do it! We stayed here two nights, it was in a quiet off street away from the main street where everything is. So convenient! You are literally 20 feet from the action. Check-in was easy. The place is spotlessly clean. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the third floor. It had a lot of space but if you have problems with small stairs, this would be……

“New hotel offered good rate in non peak seasons. The room is small but new and good condition. If the shower got better glass shield and floor not so wet from the shower would have been even better. The bed sheet and comforter are not as silky smooth and good so there is room to improve. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with good restaurants and supermarkets. 10-15 mins bus ride to old town Good wifi fast check in and staff are friendly and speak good English.”
