They changed the policy for towel mid-stay, initially they gave pool towels on request then at some point they said I needed to rent an additional card to get a towel, they couldn't charge it directly on the room so they wanted me to go back to the room and get my credit card, that was a bit of trouble for just a towel (especially the pool towel are not super quality so why the trouble). Les animaux sont les bienvenus, sans supplément, c’est rare et appréciable.

“A lovely stay in one of the premium beachside apartments. Apartment was well kitted out for our stay with stunning views across the sea. The cleaning could have been better after finding blood stains on the bedding. Also a hot water tank that only accommodates one bath was a little frustrating but not a huge issue. Check in was a little chaotic having a separate check in desk for the apartments and being asked to check-in at another desk, then being sent to the back of the queue of the original……

“第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。”

"Wonderful hotel. Warm greetings, amazing view. Got bus to old town right in front of hotel. Free parking. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, jacuzzi and sauna."

"本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。
早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。
服務待加強。"

Average 5 star hotel
"Average 5 stars hotel price but far from the old town and service was not so good especially the front desk. During my stay, the construction was so noisy for 1-2hours after all, you will find the better one near old town with beautiful beach."
