We have booked the regular twin rooms with partial sea view but the hotel can only offered us rooms facing the road. Even we already mentioned that our requirement while checkin , but turn out they have not set the twin beds while check in and we have to wait.
For the facilities, they do not provide iron and which need extra cost for the ironing service which we found unacceptable.

They changed the policy for towel mid-stay, initially they gave pool towels on request then at some point they said I needed to rent an additional card to get a towel, they couldn't charge it directly on the room so they wanted me to go back to the room and ..."
