“The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. “This place has a lot going for it. The accommodation is spotless, with a neutral/clean decor (no accent walls as per old pictures), spacious and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The terrace is an amazing spot for sunsets. The kitchen door opens on outside tables from the restaurant downstairs but it didn’t bother us. The restaurant is quiet in the evening and closes fairly early. Considering the rarity of beaches in the area (mostly rocky swimming spots), this beach is a little gem. The……
