“While this is very good value for money and the staff are wonderful, there was no escort to the room or assistance with luggage. The bathroom needed attention to the area around the tub and large ants came out in numbers from gaps in the shower tiles. When staying at country hotels and inns in Thailand, guests should understand that insects etc are part of the experience, as we do. “The room was clean and well appointed, nice shower and bed, so no complaints there. We had hoped that the balcony would be a place to sit and relax in the morning, but the small chair and table barely fit in the narrow space and the balcony wall too high to see over when seated. The “Mountain View” is literally a view to the top of one mountain, otherwise you look over grass to a few banana trees blocking the view. The front desk closes at 8 and they are the ones that give out WiFi codes,……

“Für uns das enttäuschende Hotel unserer 3 Wochen Reise in Thailand. Teurer als alles vergleichbare und in vielen Punkten deutlich hinter unseren Service Erwartungen. 1. Wir versuchten wenige Minuten nach der Buchung ein Storno, weil wir sahen, dass es 1:15 von chiang rai entfernt ist und sich lediglich in der region Chiang Rai befindet. Das Hotel hat den Storno verweigert. Ist ihr gutes Recht, daher auch nur erwähnt, damit andere den Fehler nicht machen. Geht nicht in meine Bewertung ein. 2.……
