Yes, check-in was busy since I arrived late around 11pm — but the staff were still super patient and handled everything with a smile, even when some guests looked a bit tired or grumpy. I didn’t mind waiting a bit. And even though I forgot my toothbrush, the team still made sure I got one sent up. Took maybe 15-20 mins, but it came. The little robot that delivers amenities is also super cute — felt like I was in the future 😂.
The room? Very clean, stylish, and smelled brand new. I love the interior — modern but cozy, and the sheets felt fresh. Yes, the temperature took a little adjusting (I had to lower it manually), but it wasn’t a big deal at all. I actually slept really well after a long day. I travel often for work, and this place honestly gave me better sleep than some big-city hotels I’ve stayed at.
Also, the location is super convenient — I caught a Didi to the terminal in like 10 minutes flat. I didn’t even bother with the shuttle. Honestly, for a quick airport stay with clean, quiet rooms and modern touches, it really impressed me."
"One of the receptionist made the payment not correct and not proactive to introduce restaurant, while others are friendly and proactively to introduce. When checking out, the receptionist is too busy and the hotel only arrange one more staff to help. The breakfast staff also made wrong order and didn’t have meal ready until we asked, however the restaurant dons out and cook noodles for us for free. Mix feeling of the service. The hardware is overall good."
