“The property was great, clean and spacious. The condo pool was large and the grounds were wry well kept. The connection to the Sea Soul club was great. The pool was excellent providing a great view to the Chahue bay. The bay was beautiful, but this bay is not for swimming, it had a red flag throughout the entire trip. Next to the club was a side street with various food shops that offered drinks and tasty food. There was only one downside to the trip, our contact was unavailable on our arrival……

“The place was nice and comfortable and the management company was Awsome. The only negative was pretty much zero internet and not much better cell service at the house. We did need to work a bit so for us the decent internet is a must. Like I said house is great otherwise.”

All my questions were answered timely. The property itself is in a wonderful location, walking distance to the beach and close to anything you need. The property is spacious and well equipped with the basics in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. With only one AC in the common area, it didn't cool much due to its size; but……

“Our stay at La Bocana was amazing, we stayed for about 10 days and we felt right at home. The space had all the basic elements for a nice, comfortable stay with my family and was in a quiet location near the ocean (though not for swimming), but not far from town. The team in charge was super attentive and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed in advance and during our stay. Absolutely recommended for any future travelers considering staying here. ”

“We had the most amazing staying in this tropical paradise with breathtaking views! Morning coffee overlooking the ocean was incredible. Monica is a great host to work with - timely replies. House and cooking staff were so very attentive. Flor, Marta and Amelia were ever present. Meals were amazing and we even had a mariachi band come to the house and play. Our group was 7 - ages 12 to 84 - there was something for everyone!”

“Clean. Good location. Nice view. Several issues with equipment but these were resolved satisfactorily. Some property maintenance issues that need attention, such as shower leaking water onto bathroom floor, only 2/4 elements on stove working. Kitchen poorly stocked…no large coffee mugs, no vegetable peeler or can opener, no kettle for boiling water to make tea. Check in process was slow. Check out was easy and quick. Initially communication with the property manager was poor, and we did not get……
