“The property was ideally located. Chahue Beach is one of the nicest beaches in all of Huatulco and was only a 5 minute walk away. Also the Chedrai was conveniently located a block away. The square in La Crecita was also within walking distance and only a 35 peso taxi ride. Taxis were always readily avaialble in the area. Please be aware that check in information is not avaialble until the day of arrival which can be stressful. Also, please be aware that the patio door will lock behind you and……

“We have stayed at many VRBO property's and never had an experience like this... We arrived to check in at 7:30 pm and had to look for the property as no one was there to greet us, when we did find the place it was locked not open as we had been told. We had to go back to the front gate and have them track down a property manager to get us a key, this took around half an hour. The manager "Freddy" arrived and then proceeded to tell us "the place had not been cleaned, and was not ready,……

“Our stay at La Bocana was amazing, we stayed for about 10 days and we felt right at home. The space had all the basic elements for a nice, comfortable stay with my family and was in a quiet location near the ocean (though not for swimming), but not far from town. The team in charge was super attentive and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed in advance and during our stay. Absolutely recommended for any future travelers considering staying here. ”

Microwave and a three burner stove because one was not working. 2 pots and one frying pan that was worth using, the second was A teflone frying pan that was flaking and a coffee pot. Purchased a peeler while we were there. Pool is dirty and no circulation. Owner does not care. My husband and I climbed 50 stairs daily up and down from our room. “When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows……

“Overall a great space to spend your vacation. Was perfect for our group of 5. Close to the beach but enough privacy when you wanted to enjoy some quiet time listening to the waves. I would rent a car next time for some freedom, very easy to drive from the airport and around town. My only recommendation is the unit could do with some more kitchen amenities such as mixing bowls and cooking sheets, and additional dish towels.”

“This unit was a 3 bedroom condo with a rooftop terrace and multiple balconies. It was better than the photos and the photos were great! It was very spacious and had lots of room for our family of 5 adults. We were warmly greeted by Maria and had great info provided prior to our arrival. She also linked us up with a hard working and very friendly young man who provided airport transportation and a snorkelling tour for our family.The condo is in a wonderful location near Chahue beach and……

“The unit offers a lovely view, is comfortable and has full access to the Camino Real resort. The beach, common area pool and in unit plunge pool are all fantastic. We found the staff to be very nice and the host was very pleasant and responsive. ”

“We didn’t want to leave. This place felt like a home away from home and we loved the simplicity of access to pools and beach. We could have used a tiny more help accessing cab service as we didn’t have a car but getting into town was quick once we had a driver. ”
