“The property was ideally located. Chahue Beach is one of the nicest beaches in all of Huatulco and was only a 5 minute walk away. Also the Chedrai was conveniently located a block away. The square in La Crecita was also within walking distance and only a 35 peso taxi ride. Taxis were always readily avaialble in the area. Please be aware that check in information is not avaialble until the day of arrival which can be stressful. Also, please be aware that the patio door will lock behind you and……

“The place was exactly as described, beautiful view and nice condo. I would have given them a 5, but for the following issues. 1- we had to buy kitchen knives, cutting board, Tupperware, tongs, 2 frying pans (all left behind) 2 - dishwasher didn't work, reported but no remedy provided. 3 - light bulbs burnt out, requested they change them - no assistance. 4 - They continually offered "what can we do to make your stay better", I hade 2 minor requests and they were denied. “When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows……

“As we had never been to the area, we went by pictures and descriptions to book the condo. It did not disappoint. Lots of space and very well appointed kitchen - all the dishes and utensils you would want. The private top deck with the plunge pool was a life saver. Great to cool down in ”

“This unit was a 3 bedroom condo with a rooftop terrace and multiple balconies. It was better than the photos and the photos were great! It was very spacious and had lots of room for our family of 5 adults. We were warmly greeted by Maria and had great info provided prior to our arrival. She also linked us up with a hard working and very friendly young man who provided airport transportation and a snorkelling tour for our family.The condo is in a wonderful location near Chahue beach and……

“Definitely a great place to stay if you're coming to Huatulco. Very safe and secure and close to many restaurants and the little town of La Crucecita. Everybody was super friendly including the building staff, property manager, etc.”

“Small home with very outdated bathrooms and kitchen. Would not recommend for families. Kitchen is not suited for cooking. One bathroom was small that needed to sit sideways on toilet. Faucet with barely flowing water. The property manager was very kind but the home needs full reno.”
