“Location is perfect right on the beach. However, in the six day period my room is clean only one time when I asked about having my room clean. The bartender said He doesn’t handle housekeeping. The Wi-Fi was horrible limited very inconsistent.”

“No tuve oportunidad de hospedarme dado que en la plataforma me decia que las fechas que habia seleccionado previamente no estaban disponibles, los busqué para confirmar vía telefónicamente y quedaron de hablarme lo cual nunca hicieron. Apartir de ahí nunca mas atendieron el teléfono, hasta el mero dia 20 min antes de la hora en que debia hacer el check in. Me escribieron por WhatsApp les expuse la situación y ni aun asi me contestaron Por lo tanto, asumi que la reservacion no existia, nunca me……
