“Beautiful setting and views from balcony..lots of room .. it was nice to have two bedroom two bathrooms and refrigerator to put some water bottles in. It was convenient to get everywhere. There was no street available parking but we did parking an underground garage which was right across the street so it’s very convenient.”

“Beautiful Balcony views to the ocean. Great Pool! I had requested a shower chair and the host was accommodating. Good location. Its close to stores and restaurants as well as to boardwalk. The headboard was a bit loose but nothing to worry about and watch the edges of the bed frame. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again! ”

“Kim’s place is impeccable! I stayed for 7 nights. The view was amazing. Very easy to “WFH.” The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while in Central America. The towels were fluffy and smelt so good. The communication during my trip was superb! Alejandro or Alex, was top notch in service during my stay. He would routinely check in to see if I need anything. He is very well connected in the PV area. This was a solo birthday trip and he made sure I had bubbly to celebrate!……

“My wife and I rented this INCREDIBLE two bedroom beachfront condo on the 6th floor and we will be back for sure ! The quality of the condo furnishings and all the amenities are well above anywhere we’ve ever stayed and we travel a lot in and out of the country. The condo has style and taste along with stunning views of the pool, the common grounds, the mountains and the ocean. You can literally watch the cruise ships go by from the patio. We personally own rentals in Mexico and we know quality……

“This thing was wonderful. It was clean, tidy quiet. The food was excellent. We were very happy a little bit noisy with neighbouring air conditioning . We knew that when we went down so that was fine. We were very happy.”

“If you are looking for a condo layout that affords a blend of togetherness and privacy for your group and/or family in a safe, relatively quieter part of PV, this is a great spot. We saw whales daily, rays jumping out of the water, enjoyed the swimmable beach, and took advantage of the option to cook for ourselves or get food served poolside. 15 min drive south of Zona Romantica with easy access to bus or taxis if you don't want to rent a car. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. ”

This unit is perfect for couples with a large balcony that can be open air with the large sliders to the living room and master suite. With access to the boardwalk downstairs we had everything we wanted in walking distance. We’re already excited to return!”
