“My daughter and I both loved this property, and hope to visit again. Safe, fun walks to all the spots in Zona Romantica, Easy access to the beach complete with private reserved umbrellas and chairs (Great when the beach is crowded) steps to the pool and a wonderful deck with pool and ocean views. What more could you ask for?Building managers are on site and friendly, and will answer any questions. Donna was proactive and informative, and the building has secured entry - even before you get to……

“The property manager was easy to reach and the condo unit has a great view of the ocean and beach. There were a couple of issues with power outage and water heater problem leading to a serious water leak. Property is located within walking distance to shopping and a variety of eateries. Overall, it was a positive experience.”

“If you want a full resort with parking, restaurant and pool on site this is not the place. I did get to watch the shows at night from the deck but it is really loud and music competes with the resort next door. I rented a car so getting through the gate with my luggage and then grocery was a problem as my name was not on the list. I would not rent a car as I returned in 2 days due to getting scammed. There are 3 restaurants across the street but keep in mind you have to walk maybe 1/4 mile just……

“Wonderful stay in Amapas. The condo had everything we needed and was beautifully appointed. We loved the pool and the veranda! Just up the hill from the Zona Romantica where all the restaurants and shops are but far enough away from the crowds and noise. Definitely recommend! Be advised that the hill is very steep which was fine for us but if you are not in shape, you can uber or take a taxi everywhere. Stephen was great as our host! Muchas Gracias para todo.”
