“Great stay, less amenities than a regular hotel but that's reflected in the pricing. My studio had a partial view of the beach, which was a bonus. Some of the official documentation and communication isn't in the best English, but everything is understandable. Overall, super friendly staff and a super clean place!”

“Los departamentos están bien, son agradables y tranquilos, solo que en lo personal me hubiera gustado que se esmeraran más las personas de limpieza. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que los aires acondicionados huelen mal necesitan una buena limpieza o mantenimiento. Otra cosa que los anfitriones no tienen culpa es que las personas no cuidan las instalaciones, son a veces los huéspedes cochinos o simplemente sin valores. “I really liked the property overall. The building and pool area are both very nice, and it has a lot of potential. The lot next door could use some cleaning since it's currently empty, but it didn’t take away too much from the experience. I do wish there was a bar by the pool—it would’ve been a great touch. The biggest downside was the strong sewer smell in our room, which was pretty bad. I’m not sure if that’s an issue throughout the property or just specific to our room, but it definitely……

“We love staying in this area! We’ve been 4 other times with: children, grandparents, and friends, but this is the first time that we have stayed in Amapas as a couple. There couldn’t be a better place than this. Incredibly close to every place you wanna be! Wonderful Mexican decor. Super quiet (it’s nice being on the downhill side of the highway). Also, very safe and affordable. They were very responsive, but also gave us our privacy. We will 100% stay here again. It was truly an amazing……

“This was a great home base for my friends and I to explore the Romantic Zone and experience the night life of Puerto Vallarta. We never used the A/C since the ocean breeze kept the place naturally cool, and we spent a lot of time both day and night on the deck looking out at the view and watching the people on the beach below. The building staff was friendly and attentive, the rooftop pool was never crowded and everything was well maintained. This is the second (and better) unit I've stayed in……
