“Place had amazing views and had plenty of space for everyone. The pool and water fountain have the rooftop a spa like feel and was perfect to hang out on the sunny evenings. The neighborhood was a perfect mix of old and new, with the winding roads and old houses, yet surprising new restaurants hidden in the mix offering the perfect dining views and yet within walking distance of all that the romantica zone had to offer.Relatively easy to get an uber or cab back up the hill as well if we didn’t……

“The condominium was perfect for our stay in Puerto Vallarta. Everything you could ever want or need was provided. The pool and hot tub on the roof are spectacular - and the view! It was a great location to walk all over the town and try hidden gems - restaurants and shops. Rebecca made it super easy for us. We spent two days at another condo and three days in Yelapa and returned to this condo for our last two nights. In the future, we might spend more time at this condo when we come back to the……

“This is a great place to stay. I felt very safe and secure there and the location can't be beat. There's lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. within easy walking distance. And the couple who own the rental units were so kind and helpful. ”

“First off it was impossible for me to find the property and it seems to be like some kind of government project when I ask someone for additional directions they tried to hold me up at gunpoint I was alone with my children, so I left and tried contacting the owner to get a refund due to unsafe location, and I have yet to receive any money back”

“We had a wonderful stay in Yelapa. It was our first time to Yelapa, and Jay helped us organize a private boat to town from a marina close to the airport. The house is also only a minute or so from the town pier.The view from the house was unbeatable, waking up every morning was a delight, and watching sunset in the evenings was amazing as well. The crew in town, Felipe & Yanet took great care of us. The people of Yelapa were also super friendly and I can’t wait to come back.My only complaint was……

“We have stayed at Casa Owaissa many times and simply cannot find a better experience in Puerto Vallarta. The house is perfect traditional Mexico, which we love. Mexican tile, wrought iron, color and open doors and windows. Huge rooms, balconies, air conditioning (wen needed) and perfect in every way. The pool area is exceptional: full of plants, birds, views of the ocean and great sun! Full time support from Norma and Nestor means that you are safe, catered to and things are super clean.……
