“Beautiful historic house with lots of space. This house is ideal for families celebrating any and every holiday. The decor and furnishings provide a warm nostalgic feeling along with all the comfort one could want.”

“The house was as spacious and beautiful as the photos portray. Even more important it was supremely comfortable - the beds, the furniture the AC - just everything. We have been renting houses every summer for 20 years for our family vacations and we have never had a kitchen that was as well equipped or a host who provided little conveniences like shampoo. Also we had some car trouble while we were there and our host went out of his way to help us. All in all it was a fabulous place to stay……

“True to description this is an old farm house. Well appointed. The furnishings and decoration, all as if you're visiting grandma at the home place. The setting in the Ocooch Mountains is unlike anywhere else in the mid-west. Most relaxing weekend I've had in years. ”

“The house is large and is a great place to go with a larger group. Check in was very easy and the host was responsive when we had questions. We all loved the pool of course, and there are a bunch of toys and floats already there. Having a washer and dryer on the property was also a nice bonus. The beds were all very comfortable. There is only a Keurig machine, so if you need actual coffee, bring a coffee maker. But there was a large variety of k-cups provided. Overall, the house the was perfect……

“Booking and check-in were a breeze as our host, Todd was extremely attentive through the whole process. Upon entering the house, I felt a sense of comfort and "home." One of my first thoughts was "wow, this is a great place to gather our family!" Comfy, very spacious rooms with the kitchen, dining area and living area being one HUGE room! This house is loaded with many unique touches! From the floor lights on the stairs to the custom made light fixtures to the "one-of-a-kind" towel bars! ……
