“It is very close to Michigan State University, and there is a large supermarket next to it for dining and shopping, so it is very convenient for life. “The night clerk was very nice and helpful. The bed in room 219 leaves much to be desired. It slooped downward and toward the middle. The sink had a large crack in it. You should also provide rubber bath mats for handicapped guests. The clerk did provide us with additional towels to use as mats. ”

“Hotel is very clean as well as my room , staff was excellent and very helpful especially housekeeping ( Natalie ) . I didn’t care much for the stove top in my room being digital it kept shutting off when I tried using both at the same time and I also didn’t care for the laundry facilities having to use my credit card or Apple Pay! ”
