Some of our favorite features include a very roomy home that accommodated our party of 7 easily, nice and private, loved the firepit, close to the beach for rock hunting and we had the opportunity to see some awesome Northern Lights during our stay. “What an amazing find to stay at the Quincy House for one night. We stayed in what was formally known as the maids quarters of this historical home. There was a lot of attention to detail for travelers including fresh cut flowers. There was a small refrigerator with waters, keuring for hot beverages, along with breakfast bars & oatmeal for a quick breakfast or snack. The hosts even had thimbleberry jam for sale. “This really is a great location. It's close to various shops and restaurants. Its right next door to a grocery/ convenience store, very helpful. The house was very clean upon arrival and it had everything we needed. The owner even had some snacks set out and beverages in the fridge, which was a nice touch. “This property was perfect for our family and looked just as advertised! The beds were very comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a family meal. There were 2 a/c units that kept us very comfortable. The stairs going up into the main part of the property are very steep with small steps, and we had to carry our big dog down them to get him outside. However, there are baby gates in the closet, and we could have gated the stairs to keep him on the lower……

“We had such an amazing time at Kim’s cabin! The location was perfect—close enough to explore sites on the Keeweenaw Peninsula, and Kim shared some great locations to see, which made our trip even more memorable. One of the biggest highlights for us was being able to bring our two dogs—our big 80-pound pup and our little beagle. They absolutely loved the fenced-in area to play, and Kim even went out of her way to bring over treats and a ball for them. That thoughtful touch meant so much.The……

“Our extended family of 11 (including kids, grandkids, and parents) stayed here for a week at the end of August for our annual rock hunting / beach relaxing vacation. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Easy to understand check in instructions, great location, and the beach was awesome. There was plenty of room for our 11 people and a roomy back deck with propane fire pit for nightly relaxing session. The house was in great condition and it had everything we needed already there……
