“We are a large group of friends that travel frequently and have stayed in a variety of AirBB's and Vrbos. This one far exceeded any of our stays. We never had to leave the property because everything we wanted to do was there. ie. Movie room , game room, fire pit, Hot Tub, puzzles, etc. Everything was provided in the kitchen. “This is an extremely accommodating home with bathrooms in all the bedrooms and never ending space. There are actually 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There is enough space for 22 people to sleep in beds. Not just the 12. Recommendation to future renters is to reach out to Ashley to make sure you can bring your large group! “We were thankful to find this property after our FL trip was cancelled. The home was nice and very well stocked. It was so well stocked that we didn’t have room for the things we brought. The dock and view were a very nice addition. It was our first time at Smith Mountain Lake and it didn’t disappoint. The home was very comfortable. Absolutely appreciate the living room furniture. We had 7 adults stay for 9 nights and we were all very pleased with our stay. I will mentioned that in the pictures……
