“The property was just what I needed. I was taking a short stay because I lost my husband of 49 years in Sept. I need some time and some quite away for a few days. The family members only stayed a night and day. They also enjoyed the place. Thinking of making reservations for next year. it was clean a few things were not working and of course there was some critter droppings but that can be expected in any house. cleaning company needs to inspect a little closer when cleaning and put something……

“The location could not have been any better, including neighborhood boat ramp, dock, a few restaurant options, and proximity to the tournament launch marina via boat or car. Could not get the lights or outlets to work on the dock, but I'm sure that could be rectified with additional communication. Most of the towel rolls left in the bedrooms did not include washcloths, but we were able to look in the other bedrooms and find a few. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back! ”

“We were thankful to find this property after our FL trip was cancelled. The home was nice and very well stocked. It was so well stocked that we didn’t have room for the things we brought. The dock and view were a very nice addition. It was our first time at Smith Mountain Lake and it didn’t disappoint. The home was very comfortable. Absolutely appreciate the living room furniture. We had 7 adults stay for 9 nights and we were all very pleased with our stay. I will mentioned that in the pictures……
