“We were only there for a very little while. We went to the nascar race and this property was only about a half hour away with good reviews. Host was responsive and quick to reply. House was very clean and easy to check into. No real frills to speak of. Just a simple house that provides what you need for a stay. And that’s generally all we ever care about for our trips. Perfect house that’s small and provides the essentials to get you through a trip. A good sized kitchen, dining……

“The house was as advertised! Older. Convenient location. Clean. Had a couple of minor issues… smelled of smoke upon arrival but once the air purifier was turned on, smell went away. One of the door frames were broke which hendered the bedroom door to stay closed. ”

“The location was perfect for a weekend stay. Quickly out of traffic from Michigan International Raceway and a quick 25 minute trip back to the loft. Property was clean and there were good restaurabnts easily within walkng distance. Parking was abundant as statwed. Definetly will look to book again if we return for the races next year!”

They expressed great concerns and did everything they can to make us feel that they cared ! Kimberly went above and beyond , she called the very next morning after our scheduled check out spoke with me in a concerned and caring matter assuring me and assured that she will following up and that if there was any problem with my refund with my Expedia to call her . “Older home with alot of charm! It felt cozy and was in a very quiet neighborhood. There was alot of hospitality throughout. If I had to state a couple negatives one would be that the host has access to the locked basement (that they say they use for storage) from the outside but they live in a big house next door and have a big locked shed out back. That part seemed a little strange but I didn't notice if anyone was in the basement if they were. The host were outside hanging out and their dog……

“It was all very nice. I do have a bad foot & was hoping to find a handicap spot-especially during the crazy rain we had that evening. If you did, it wasn’t labeled very well at night. Other than that, all was very nice. Thanks!”

“We stayed for 3 nights. Cami was very easy to work with and communicated well. Answered all questions . Property was in a safe and quiet neighborhood and close to all the areas we needed to get to. The bedroom and bath were very nice, clean and comfortable. Would recommend if you are staying in this area. We will plan to use again when in Adrian. ”

“Hotel was nice and new. Still has the new smell to it. Front desk staff was friendly. Really enjoyed having the mini fridge and loved the hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioners built onto the walls. The bed was not the most comfortable. For being a new hotel, the bed did not feel new. Also, the hallway carpet was dirty and messy. It looked as if the rooms were swept and all the dirt etc. was swept into the hallways and never swept. Close to the Ohio turnpike and Fulton County……
