“Beautiful hotel in an ideal spot. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking at this price point. We did not feel that we were looked after adequately - we had to ask alot of questions to get relevant information and the receptionist upon arrival tried to pawn us off on a cheaper room than the one we’d booked. The hotel also boasted free parking and access to hydrotherapy - however the hotel did not offer parking (unless staying in its sister location). Your will need to find your own……

“Stay was nice and enjoyable. I appreciated the selection of good available and the outline of the room was good. However, the breakfast was too early especially with young children. The presentation of the breakfast venue was somewhat disorganized and messy. I also thought that there would be a wider variety of choices. I was somewhere disappointed with the cleanliness of the bedding the sheets and pillowcases did not smell fresh. ”

“The apartment was great. The location was perfect for some local hiking. Parking was available in the back of the house. The owner lives on the first floor. To have a good check-in experience, make sure you visit his rental website to reply to check-in questions - replying to emails from that website will not reach him. The owner is not necessarily on the property during check-in hours and needs to know your planned arrival time. ”
