“I stayed for one day and extended it for another day. The staff insisted on changing my room. There were not many people that day. They insisted on changing me to a room I didn't like. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.”

“I said it before and ill say it again. This hotel has made our horrifing and sudden transition after a home fire seem less daunting than the actuality of it all. While i know all good things must eventually end..i will say that when we do finally check out..i will kinda miss this place. Now. Thats something if u ask me!”

“This was a great stay! And will return if need be when visiting this area. The staff was amazing. And when the manager had mad some cookies for a special request from a guest party, she shared some with me. What a special treat and would be a wonderful one to bring back for all guests in the afternoon. ”
