“The team member at reception was just great. We had asked for a room close to the reception area and on the first floor due to my oxygen requirement and they provided it. The breakfast could have been warmer but it was sufficient. ”

“Not the cleanest hotel we ever stayed in. Had to ask the clerk to come up and clean our mirror, which was terribly spotted. The sheets and pillow cases did not look fresh, although we did not find hair or anything in them. The wall covering in the bathroom was peeling and it was poorly lit. We did not bother taking a shower there. The food was slightly above average for hotel breakfasts but again not sure about the cleanliness. Coffee was flat bad. Worse than instant. ”
