“When our roommates got to be a bit too much, we decided to escape over a long weekend. Picked this vrbo due to its (relative) proximity to hiking and its kitchen, and it was PERFECT. The hosts were amazingly nice and thoughtful. We brought our own baking ingredients and pans, but the kitchen had every kitchen utensil and pan you could want.Truly a lovely oasis to bake some cinnamon rolls in the mountains during a snowstorm.Thank you!”

“This was a quiet, scenic and well appointed property. Our host was even kind enough to offer assistance when my car needed a jump. Something she found was happening from the neighbor. “This apartment is clearly a converted long-term rental as it is part if a multi-unit building. Kudos to the owner for finding a way to generate income, probably more than if it was rented out on a long term residential basis. So, good for vacationers and close proximity to Shenandoah national park. ( One wonders how the long-term residence of the building feel about their rotating neighbors.) We never saw another soul on this building, but it has a nice location with easily walkable stores and……
