“Had a great stay at Boho Lakehouse. Was plenty of room for our mixed generation and family of 12. Great quiet lake and close to Parry Sound and Port Carling for grocery runs or lunch spots. We do love to cook as a family and had to bring and supplement what was provided in the kitchen - including large pots and skillets, additional cooking utensils, cutting boards, and spices. But Ross was able to send pictures ahead of time so we knew what to bring. If you like to cook definitely consider……

“We loved our stay! Beautiful home with cozy beds and pillows. Nice and airy with the ceiling fans. Great place and layout, very cozy and clean. Little tricky getting down to the water be careful if you have mobility issues.Maybe inquire about the kayak/canoe ahead of time- we didn’t ask the host about it but they were kept under the deck and didn’t seem very accessible/clean so we didn’t bother to take them out. ”

“We really enjoyed our family getaway over the Labour Day. The cottage is cute and is a close drive to Bala. It would be have been preferable to be waterfront or have better lake access but the place was clean, the owners were nice and the area is still lovely. ”

“Great quiet location away from the city. Cute little cottage - enough for a couple. Close to small town of Bala. Only issue was the heat in the living area. Need more heaters and blinds in the living room. ”

“Comfortable. Clean. Hot tub took some time to warm up it once it was warm it was perfect. Coffee, tea and other basics were available in the kitchen and the tv has Netflix and other options to sign in to. Very relaxing”

“Great lake! The boat house was clean and cozy, well equipped. The only thing is that it needs more lighting. The drive way slopes so stay on the gravel part as the car can get stuck if parked on the steep non gravel part especially if the ground is wet it can be muddy. The driveway that leads to the cottage, the bush needs to be cut back as the entrance is hidden. Bring bug spray. There is a nice dock to sit on and watch the sun set and great to dine outside. There is a BBQ and the cottage is a……
