“Staying at dollywood resort was a great experience. The staff were friendly and we were greeted with some fresh lemonade. I liked how staying at resort came with perks: getting free timesavers pass ($60 value), free preferred parking at the amusement park if you choose to use this, free shuttle service from the front of the hotel to the front of the amusement park (runs every 15-20mins) , etc. I just wished we stayed more than 1 day to enjoy all the other amenities at the resort like the……

“We had a wonderful week! Our condo was beautiful and located close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. We were there for the Ripken tournament and it was so close and easy to get to the fields. My only complaint was check in was a mess. We arrived a little before check in and thought we should check if our place was available. It was not, not a big deal. “Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.”
