“Nice & quiet area. Grounds were pretty, plenty of parking. Kitchen could use a skillet or two. Additional paper towel rolls would be helpful. Fairly clean, needs new carpet in the bedroom and bathroom needs painted and deep cleaned. ”

After a long trip from Indiana, our Check in was effortless and the activities on site kept them completely entertained during the rainy moments we had! “Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.”
