Nicely removed from the commercial but still close enough to enjoy what the hunter has to offer. Only wish we knew about this place sooner”

“From booking, paying, checking in, our accommodation to checking out was seamless. The apartment was so clean and tidy. Originally was booked for 2 couples but they couldn't make the trip at the last minute so was just 2 of is in a 2 bed apartment. It would have been so comfortable with the 4 us especially since separate bathrooms. Only fault if you want one is there was no tongs or bbq utensils and there was no instructions on how to use the oven and the remotes but that is being unbelievably……

“Beaujolais villa was a great spot to stay in for a break in the Hunter Valley, but perhaps not quite as nice as we'd expected it to be. Part of the greater Cypress Lakes Resort, but privately owned and managed by Weekenda, this means that the resort facilities are not included, and so you can't get any support at the main resort centre, and any resort facilities you may want to use will be an extra cost and booking. We hadn't received our access codes to get in before we arrived, and this was……

“An excellent property however due to a broken remote control we were unable to use the lovely gas fire. Also there were no instructions for the oven and we were unable to use it as it’s so complicated. This spoiled our stay as we intended having a cosy dinner with our friends. I hope future occupants do not have the same problems.”

“Needs improvement. The property itself is well located however there were no information sheets on the use of equipment, or information on the site you stay on. The welcome pack was a bottle of wine, nice but could have included some local cheese or similar and more coffee pods (its the little things). There was also a challenge with insufficient hot water each day limiting showers to under 2 minutes!!”

“Unique hotel, not to mention the beautiful lagoon pool. Good to have Microwave oven and cutlery provided. The single bed is standard single, not king single. Hope cleaner did a better job with attention to details. Somewhere dusty.”
