“Good location to little beach. Friendly staff. Property is tidy but a bit dated and beds are uncomfortable. Pool is very cold. ”

“Check in is a nightmare. Messages from 2 different mobile numbers, requests for details (phot of ID and selfies) outside of Hotels app and has to download another app to be able to access in addition to 2 codes for the entry doors. Key fob provided only once in the apartment and if you don’t have this you still need the separate app and 1 of the 2 codes. Advertised as a 3 bedroom and when we went upstairs to set up the cot in a room, the 3rd bedroom is a study nook at the top of the stairs……

“Great location, walking distance to beach and dunes. Would stay there again and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and cooking equipment.Check-in was surprising 4pm which felt late - 2pm would have been better ”

“The position was excellent. Easy access to Newcastle City centre. However, we paid for secure parking but the security gate was inoperable and remained open the entire time were there (5 days). If more than one car was in the carpark it was quite problematic as the turntable was also inoperable. ”

“It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking ”

“Apartment has lovely views of Port Stephens. It’s very clean. The bedroom with the twin beds has no windows , so the only way to ventilate this room is with the central air conditioning. There are no accessories at all including soap, although there is linen. Great location. ”
