“Property and location is excellent. located just a few blocks of Hughesville Highschool where 14 firefighters from Winburne Fire Company in Clearfield County participated in a variety of different training courses offered. much better than driving an hour and a half each day. after class member participated in games and just general conversations. all were very pleased with the property. If Available will be staying there for future training weekends. ”

“This house is roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the area. There were six of us. Location is good for visiting World's End State Park and local hiking. We chose not to purchase a temporary membership in Eagles Mere Association. (For our weekend stay, the Association quoted us a $70 fee in order to use facilities. Since we were attending a family reunion in the area we didn't feel we would have time to use the facilities enough to make it worthwhile.) The house had games,……

“My family and I needed a place to stay while visiting Williamsport to support our dad as he underwent major surgery and recovery. I found the Mountain House, saw the photos and it looked like just what we needed. And the house didn't disappoint! It feels like a home, which was exactly what we hoped for and needed - a place to relax in between hospital visits, and place to rest comfortably and make dinner. The kitchen is the most well-equipped kitchen I've ever had the joy of using during a VRBO……

“Great clean cabin in the woods. We are very familiar with the area we had a cabin 20 minutes away from this one for many years but sold a few years back. This cabin is very peaceful. Was snowing when we arrived it was picture perfect scenery!!!!! Had a campfire outside. Was created with a bottle of wine and warm cabin…. “It was a comfy and cozy cabin in the woods. Kitchen was well supplied and all linens and towels were provided which was amazing. They had a hot tub which was nice. We did have a small hiccup with the water pressure, but the hosts were on it and had someone out the next morning to fix the issue. The cabin was clean. We will definitely consider this cabin for another stay. ”
