“We were just in for a weekend getaway, this spot was perfect. Great view and access to the lake. My boys enjoyed going out fishing and just being outside. Everything was good!”

“I saw reviews of the property that it needed updated. It is a fishing cottage on a fishing lake, and it is exactly what we wanted and expected. It had everything we needed, even some cast iron skillets! The cottage was cozy and comfortable. Our stay was during the week, but it was extremely quite and relaxing. We would most definately stay again.”

“The only things I would say are drawbacks about this place, when we put our dog food by the back door it was covered by ants, I do mean covered. We moved it across the room and away from that wall/door it was ok. Secondly the radiant heating that runs on a thermostat does not work. We used space heaters. They worked well enough after waking up a couple of times to adjust the temerature to get them set right. Third, the TVs are just antenna TVs. There is WIFI but the tvs are not. The place was……

“This property was amazing. 10 acres of woods with a large private lake. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and relaxation. There are lots of small towns nearby that are fun to explore. The host family were so kind and personable. Thank you!”

“This home had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed for a long weekend by the lake. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfortable, the yard has a swing and lots of birds, and the fire pit made the nights sooo relaxing. The property is a short walk away from the local campground- we rented a pontoon from them and had a great time on the lake. This place is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. 100 stars!!! ”
