“I’m thrilled with the location of this condo. It’s just a quick walk to the beach, and there are also easy-to-access walking, running, and biking trails. The only downside is that I didn’t receive the email from Evolve with the check-in/out instructions, as it was delivered to my spam folder. The unit was a bit dusty, probably because it was the off-season when I visited, but a quick trip to the local……

“I wanted to love this property. The owners have made such an effort to make a small space livable - with the right amount of quirky. I loved the walls, floor, comfy chairs and flax/linen comforter cover. Communication was really great when I had problems connecting to the internet (router and password are not accurate on VRBO listing). OK, here's the problem(s). Immediately upon entering, both my husband and I noticed the slight smell of mildew / mustiness that, unfortunately, did not……

“What an excellent place to stay. I was in town for my son’s bachelor party wanted a little place away from the kids. It was clean. The location is fantastic. The beach is right there. I’m mistakenly left clothes behind in the room. The host was so so nice. She packed up my clothes and sent them to me and refused to take payment, I couldn’t have been happier with my choice”

“I never leave reviews but felt this one definitely deserved it. Traveled to many places and can say my favorite to date. Everything was just as described if not better, and knowing the lot was under 24 hour surveillance I didn’t have to worry about anything other than enjoying time with the family. Have nothing negative to say about the overall experience. ”

“This was a home away from home. 2 bedrooms, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable living room. 2 bikes are provided to ride to downtown or surrounding historic district-so many dining options. The free pass to the beach was well used. Looking forward to next trip there”

“Perfect layout for 3 adult couples. Each couple enjoyed king size beds and their on bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Plenty of places to walk with a nice wooden boardwalk to beach.Very convenient location close to many good restaurants. Nice kitchen although we didn’t do any major cooking. Although it doesn’t state there is coffee maker in the description, there was both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.We all agreed that we would recommend to any group……
