“Very clean house, well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice pool (lots of pool and beach toys for the kids) short walk to the beach. Nightlights in all the bathrooms and lots of hangers in the closets were a nice touch. Perfect amount of bedrooms and beds for the family ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Being on the 3rd floor is the only draw back I find here. We have been staying here for several years, so it's nothing new and it is noted on the description, but each year it seems that I choose to take less and less to the room because I don't want to tote it. We will continue to stay here in the future. Mrs. Margaret is easy to communicate with and responds very quickly.”

“The house is as advertised. It is beautifully furnished and very close to the beach. One of the AC units malfunctioned. I text the number provided and maintenance came right out on a Sunday afternoon. He arranged to get the unit fixed within hours providing great customer service. Our family and friends of 15 are very pleased and will most definitely consider booking this property again. ”

“Greg, the host, is PHENOMENAL to work with! The house accommodated everyone well. The walk to the beach was also much closer than we anticipated. The number of refrigerators, coffee makers, two stoves and microwaves worked beautifully for our large group. Everyone had their own quiet space and the gathering places were so fun for us all to get together and play games. ”

“My four children plus spouses and 8 grandchildren had not been together in 3 years. The house accommodated 18 of us very comfortably. The house was well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, etc. My boys love to cook and grill. The two dishwashers made it extra easy! We loved the entire week! Kids and adults loved pool and we all loved beach. ”

“We had a great stay. Listing was accurate and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for our standard vacation feed the family needs. When door code panel didn't work correctly as sometimes happens the host was very quick to get it fixed and a manual option was already available in unit. Beach chairs, toys and wagon, were easy to find and use in the fenced building storage area.Overall a great experience. ”
