“A welcoming, beautifully decorated cabin to call home for a couple days! Our children adored their stay here, and spent hours in the woods and making smores by the campfire. “The property is a vacation in and of itself. It’s situated in the mountains with beautiful views. Spacious interior with lots of bedrooms and very large kitchen and outdoor cooking area. We enjoyed the proximity to the lake and spent a beautiful day on a pontoon boat. The host provides clear instruction on getting to the house and check out was a breeze. We highly recommend this place and made memories we will cherish. ”

“This property was exceptional, and the Penrod’s were gracious hosts. If you are looking to get away and enjoy the peaceful tranquility of nature, or if you enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and everything outdoors, this place is for you! Sharing this experience with my 3 teenage kids, I never heard once that they didn’t have anything to do. They loved it here and the amenities were everything we needed! ”
