“Polite and helpful front desk.”

“We were very impressed. Arrived early and either needed to pre check in or change the name on the reservation to my spouse as I had to go coach for 6 hours and the rest of my family needed to get in the room. Not only was I able to check in 3 hours early, he found a better room than I’d reserved due to a cancellation and it was ready already. He comped the difference as well. He was extremely helpful and friendly and we will absolutely stay at this location anytime we need to be in the area in……

“One of our only major complaints was the pool was freezing. My 5 year old will swim in almost any water but this was too cold for him even. Called before booking to see if pool was open (couple days before visit) I wish they would have just said it was closed. Cause what we thought would be something we could all do while there ended up just being disappointing for our son and us. ”
