“Overall decent place to stay. Definitely needs some renovation some mold in the shower on the ceiling and other areas. Staff were nice and professional. Had one issue when checking in. They charged me for the room even though I paid for it through Expedia. It appears they have corrected it. ”

“Great place to stay right in the heart of downtown. Overall the instructions for parking and entering the building were very clear and easy to understand. The suite was clean. Came with extra amenities like a electric fireplace and a fridge. The jacuzzi bathtub is definitely big enough for two people. The bed was comfortable and clean. Plenty of pillows. A couple things I would suggest would be more detailed pictures of what comes with each room and the entrance way that leads up to the second……

“We were very impressed. Arrived early and either needed to pre check in or change the name on the reservation to my spouse as I had to go coach for 6 hours and the rest of my family needed to get in the room. Not only was I able to check in 3 hours early, he found a better room than I’d reserved due to a cancellation and it was ready already. He comped the difference as well.
