“Everything about my stay was excellent. Friendly and professional check-in took about 2 minutes. Bed was super comfy, everything worked, room was very clean. Special shout out to the cleaning staff. I slept so comfortably that I did not wake up until housekeeping knocked at my door at checkout. I poked my head out to say how sorry I was and that I would be out in 5 minutes. I was greeted with big smile and the man said, Take 10 minutes, no problem!" I expected to be greeted with crankiness,……

“Need to have a better check in system. We stood outside at 1245 in the morning, ringing the bell, banging on the door and calling, with no answer. Finally over 10 minutes later, the receptionist shows up…very nonchalantly. We had already paid or we would have left. She was nice and all, and the hotel was very nice with a nice breakfast, but needs to have a better system. ”
