“We had a great time and it was the perfect size for a quick girls weekend. The back yard was amazing and perfect for a fun gathering as our days are getting warmer and lasting longer. The jetted tub was well used by myself as others enjoyed the sauna. Everything was clean, communication was great and we can’t wait to come back. ”

“I booked this house for a long weekend for myself and 2 of my adult children; one of them had a birthday on Friday. We arrived early enough on Thursday and the ever-changing weather cooperated; we got to observe the lunar eclipse.We were Very impressed with the location, the privacy, the Quiet and the amenities. We each had our own space to rest, nap, and read. We loved playing games and cards in the living room, and watching the snow fall, the birds play and trying to count all the gnomes.I……

“We spent a long weekend for spring break. We enjoyed skiing at Anthony Lakes, going to the Oregon Trail museum, playgrounds, and walking around town with our kids. Walking distance to activities in town was great. The house was clean and we enjoyed the fresh bread! Unfortunately, we didn't really take advantage of the hot tub. It wasn't very hot and a seemed like it needed to be cleaned. Overall, a good stay at a good price.”

“My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful but too short vacation to Brownlee Reservoir and the Wallowa Mountains in May. This wonderful old farmhouse was our base. With Bullock Orioles nesting in the back yard trees and a covey of Quail in the driveway, and the Powder River backing up to the hayfields of the ranch. A simple, clean, and well maintained accommodation, it was perfect for us and our dog. Literally 1/2 mile from two boat ramps and a mile from a good country grocery/hardware/liquor/fishing……

“Lovely place to have “base-camp” while one of us attended a conference. QUIET, with exception to the trains, but that didn’t bother us. Nice dogs walks around the neighborhood. Loved arriving to the bread & calm music playing after a long day & drive to get to Baker City. Small thing: adding 1 or 2 of those collapsible luggage racks in the bedroom would be very useful. Thanks for helping us have a very nice weekend in BC!!”

“We rented the loft to take the kids on the polar express. It is beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we could possibly need. We walked everywhere in downtown. The Christmas tree was beautiful, giant stuffed teddy bears and children’s book set out, the tv was on streaming a Christmas scene with Christmas music. All the little touches added to an already exceptional property. We hope to be back in the future. ”

“The lady who owes the property was very nice.? I had to call her a couple of times and she got back quickly with the answers and very helpful. The place was clean and fit what we needed for our short stay.”
