“Basic house with nothing fancy but worked good for us. ”

“Beautiful rental with modern touches overlooking golf course/water view. Our family along with our dog needed a place to stay in between our home being sold and waiting for our new construction. The hosts Brian and Laura offered the perfect home and appreciated having everything you need to cook/prepare meals with newer/modern appliances, plenty of towels/linens, 3 TV's with great streaming/internet. Very responsive with any questions and highly recommend this property. In addition, check in……

“We have family that lives close by and this worked out perfectly for our many get togethers during our week there. The Villa had a bright open decor with a beautiful view of a small lake and golf course off of the lanai. Fenced in backyard was so nice for our dog. So many things to do close by with a ride on the golf cart. Amenities were plentiful with a well stocked kitchen which worked for us as I did a lot of cooking! Owners are very responsive to any and all questions. We will absolutely be……

“Overall, we were pleased with the property and the rental experience. Any shortcomings we felt needed to be addressed initially were promptly addressed by the property manager. It is in a quiet neighborhood making walking easy and safe. Several executive golf courses are within a 20 minute golf cart ride away as is a community pool. The corner location provides open views on two sides of the house. The lanai exposure led to more community interactions with walkers. Because this is at the dead……

“The house was not large, but well laid out and felt spacious. It was immaculate and surprisingly well stocked. There was an abundance of dishes, cooking supplies and kitchen utensils. There were also bathing products and cleaning materials provided. All we needed to add in the 2 weeks we were there were a few rolls of toilet tissue. One disappointment was that The Villages required us to purchase visitor passes in order to use the pool. That cost us $53.50 for the 12 day period that we had left……
