“Coffee maker, 1 cup not functioning. Bought new drip coffee maker and left with extra filters for next renter.Could not get TV in bedroom to work.”

“The listing indicated the rental was a house. However it is almost a studio apartment attached to a house.The space itself was clean and convenient for my overnight stay. Future renters should be aware there are dogs on the property that are quite vocal and the refrigerator is dorm sized but cold.”

“This rental property is just as pictured. It’s really cute, clean and everything you need to be comfortable. The host is responsive and accommodating. It’s also a perfect location and close to all the downtown restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend and would stay again. ”

I still enjoyed the use of it for what I was there to do. Large TV’s in every room and great Wi-Fi. As far as the property manager goes, if you mean the host, he lives across the street and was very helpful. The contact people from the website are absolutely useless if you have a question. I received not one single response.”

“This is a great location right by the springs. You can walk if you want. Great friendly diner on the same block. And being Florida, it’s great that they have indoor games if the kids get bored. Huge fenced yard if you need it fire pit and other outside activities. A lot packed into this home. We really enjoyed our stay!”
