“The pictures on the VRBO & Redfin are old. Prior to our stay, I had multiple exchanges with JJ, the owner. Two weeks prior to our stay, I read over past reviews and noticed that on January 6, 2023, Allie V wrote a review listing multiple problems. I asked if those issues had been addressed. He said that he was going to have a handyman come out, but that didn't happen. “We had a group of friends stay at this property and overall really enjoyed the relaxation of the large pool, the availability of the boat dock, and the spaciousness of the house. Great time!”

“Everything clean , good communication after booking , good location, etc, …its all good!”

“We booked this VRBO for a trip to Chicago with five mid-20 year-old men. We walked in and the home looked fine. It was adequately clean. There were, however, a few very bad things about this VRBO that make it unfit to stay in. 1. The actual beds are awful. Very thin mattresses and the box springs don't stay on the frames, they slide off and start to fall down. There were no sleeping pillows provided, only the decorative pillows that you would normally take off the bed.2. The futon is worse. I……

“Our host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. We were provided with everything we could possibly need and also thoughtful little amenities. The back yard was whimsical and enchanting. Both the yard and house were filled with toys to keep the little ones amused. Everyone had a wonderful time and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend a stay. “Nice quiet respectful neighborhood. Our dog loved the large fenced yard. Modern appliances, kitchen, and showers. Enjoyed our peaceful stay in a good location. ”

“Loved this home. Very clean and the property had everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Josh the host was very responsive and thorough during our bioking process and he also set up the boat rent for us and it was ready to go when we arrived. Our only complaint is that the home is already booked for the summer and wed love to stay there more this summer. Hope yo stay there again very soon. ”
