Nice place. Fairly clean but as it is pet friendly there is a little smell of animal. Parking was limited as the road is small. Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities. Would stay again if in the area

Really nice home! We came to Huntsville to bring in the New Year with the family. We stayed 4 nights and it was a very relaxing trip. The home has all the amenities you would need, the beds are comfortable, and the location is central. There are stairs, so be mindful for little ones. all the amenities

Great location, quiet neighborhood
Very easy drive to downtown Huntsville by either freeway or back roads. The house is actually kind of a townhome, and is the right side unit. The entrance is around the right side and through a gate. The shared wall is garage space and we never heard any neighbors. The neighborhood is similar to an apartment complex because all the homes are very close to each other, but with plenty of privacy fencing. The inside is more spacious, beds comfortable, and nice appliances. Very basic cookware. Not quite enough seating in the living room if everyone wants to watch TV. Dining area is a bit cramped, but has a large table and 6 chairs. Some rooms have window seats, which my daughters loved! The steps leading up to two small bedrooms and 2nd bath are a bit steep. The fenced in area outside is almost two spaces because of the angle of the house. The first area includes a charming patio with a couch, tables, 2 chairs, a large umbrella for shade, and a charcoal grill. The other space is a little yard filled with large gravel and only a small strip of grass. (It was fine for our elderly dog, but would not do well for a larger, energetic dog or children.) The driveway is shared with the other unit, but has a one car garage and space in front of the garage for a second car. There is also street parking, but it is narrow. The front yard is a small grassy area, but is not enclosed. Communication with property manager was easy by email and we did not have any problems. We enjoyed our stay!
